  • Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid / Remote - Local Candidates Only)
  • Full-time Contractor - $7,000–$10,000/month contractor retainer, depending on experience, scope, and results, with potential for performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation, conversions, or ROI.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel paid acquisition and conversion strategy across Meta, Google, and more.

This is a key foundational role working directly with the founder, Ian Nelson, to shape growth strategy, define systems, and execute high-impact campaigns. You’ll manage everything from ad creation to landing page optimization, tracking, and CRM integration - driving measurable ROI across multiple clients and industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and more.
  • Design, create, and optimize landing pages (Webflow, Unbounce, or similar) for maximum conversion.
  • Implement tracking, UTMs, and attribution via GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion APIs.
  • Connect forms and submission data directly into CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Clio, etc.)
  • Analyze performance by CPA, CPC, CPL, and ROAS - with clear attribution back to source.
  • Develop and test creative, audience, and funnel hypotheses to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the founder on growth strategy and scaling strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Someone with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta & Google Ads campaigns end-to-end (LinkedIn a plus) - from ad creative to landing pages to tracking and attribution.
  • Proven track record running paid media campaigns with measurable ROI, managing budgets from $1K–$100K per month, and the ability to scale campaigns up to $500K+ per month.
  • Landing page creation/optimization experience - not just delegating it.
  • Deep understanding of tracking, analytics, and CRM integrations.
  • Fluency with GA4, Tag Manager, UTMs, and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
  • Obsessed with precision, testing, and results.

Compensation & Setup:
