We are looking for a Senior GRC Analyst to join our team in Johns Creek, Georgia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assessing and improving the organization's information security posture, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and policies. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects within the cybersecurity domain.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and documentation of enterprise-wide risk management processes to identify, monitor, and report information security risks.
• Conduct thorough assessments of security controls and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Audit the effectiveness of information security policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect sensitive data, including testing their impact and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and manage IT and security-related audits, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance on audit findings and create effective remediation plans.
• Design and deliver training and awareness programs to enhance information security practices across all organizational levels.
• Evaluate hardware, software, and systems for potential security risks, recommending solutions in partnership with IT teams and vendors.
• Support incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning efforts to ensure organizational resilience.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused approach to problem-solving across multi-location projects.• Proven expertise in cybersecurity, including risk management, compliance, and policy development.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, and other firewall technologies.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management and ServiceNow ITSM.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct IT audits and manage audit processes effectively.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-location initiatives.
• Solid understanding of incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Leadership capabilities to guide teams and advocate for best practices in information security.
