As the Senior Director, Corporate Compliance and Responsibility on our Legal team, you'll report to the VP, Associate General Counsel and be the driving force behind our ethics, risk, and sustainability programs. What You’ll Do: Own and drive Zscaler’s global programs for compliance, incident management, enterprise risk (ERM), and sustainability Lead the response during company-wide incidents, ensuring clear communication and fast, effective resolution Proactively identify compliance gaps through sharp analysis and targeted audits Be the trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding them through the maze of potential risks, governance issues, and emerging regulatory trends Build the culture by championing our corporate accountability, running sustainability initiatives, and developing training that actually sticks What You’ll Need to Have (Minimum Qualifications): 10+ years of experience leading the charge in corporate compliance, risk management, and/or sustainability Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field A proven ability to influence and align senior leaders across the entire organization Master-level skills in project management and building stakeholder relationships You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and don't break a sweat What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience managing crisis communications A background in building or supporting sustainability (ESG) initiatives at a public company Base Pay Range
