Novaspace, a premier global space consultancy, is growing its presence in the DC area and seeking a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic international team. We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5-6 years of management consulting experience to help drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions in the space industry. We are looking for skilled and experienced professionals to lead and support core consulting initiatives, including sector and market entry strategies, economic and cost-benefit analyses, investment business cases, policy impact assessments, market studies, and strategic business planning. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with clients, partners, and key program stakeholders, while gaining valuable exposure to senior decision-makers across the private sector and government within the space industry. Intellectual challenges paired with work-life balance and limited travel Your Primary Role and Responsibilities: End-to-end project leadership, including for our management consulting engagements and market intelligence reports Business development through participation in space industry events, customer interactions, and the development and negotiation of proposals Desired Skills & Experience: Advanced consulting skill set, problem-solving skills, quantitative and qualitative analytics, advanced writing skills, and presentation skills Fast learner, flexible, organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and effectively in a team Previous experience in international management consultancy and team leadership Strong academic background Experience in the space sector US citizen or permanent US residence/work permit Flexibility for occasional travel (mostly day trips) Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite Any of the following would be a plus: Engineering background / interest in space technology Public sector consulting experience and knowledge of space policy Other work experience, e.g., in market research and economic analysis Only applications with Motivation Letter and CV in English will be considered.
