Delaware North is hiring a full-time Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,500 - $89,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Prepare compensation reports and dashboards, participate in market surveys, and analyze data to support benchmarking and pay structure development 
  • Maintain and update compensation data in Workday, ensuring accuracy across job architecture and pay structures 
  • Conduct job evaluations and recommend job leveling and salary ranges; support annual merit and incentive compensation processes through data preparation and validation 
  • Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll teams to implement system updates, monitor compliance with compensation policies, FLSA classifications, and pay equity standards 
  • Provide guidance to HR partners and managers on compensation inquiries, and contribute to process improvements that enhance workflows and team member experience 

More about you
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field; equivalent work experience may substitute  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field  
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas; experience with Workday is a plus 
  • Familiarity with compensation survey tools and job evaluation methodologies 
  • CCP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
