In this dynamic role, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team of clinicians, engineers, physicians, and innovators to execute mapping solutions for cardiac and other electrophysiological systems. By blending technical expertise with a passion for improving patient outcomes, you'll have the opportunity to impact global healthcare directly. Responsibilities include providing clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products; educating and training physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures; promoting the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures; understanding and supporting national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products; developing and cultivating customer relationships resulting in incremental business; working in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities; collaborating and strategizing with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products; collaborating and communicating with the sales and clinical teams in the region; serving as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support; serving as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology. Required qualifications include a high school diploma plus 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or associate degree plus 6 years, or bachelor degree plus 4 years. Preferred qualifications include a B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales, proven track record with technical training assignments, and experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support. Additional job requirements include environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation, being within assigned territory daily, occasional travel outside territory and overnight, valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance, ability to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day, and ability to travel up to 25%.
