As a Security Professional - Commercial Site in Hillsboro, OR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing communications, responding promptly to incidents, and supporting field teams to help deter potential security-related issues. You will be a central point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity. Pay Rate: $25.30 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications for the location, including radio, telephone, and electronic systems, to support security-related operations.
• Dispatch security personnel to incidents and requests for assistance throughout the commercial real estate property.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, incidents, and activities as required by site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting tenants, visitors, and staff with inquiries and security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Allied Universal team members and property management to relay important information.
• Assist with emergency response activities according to site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
