Job Overview: We are seeking a
highly skilled Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead
Agile teams , ensure adherence to
Scrum principles , and drive
high-quality software delivery . This role requires
expertise in Agile frameworks, servant leadership, and project execution , ensuring
smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders .
Key Responsibilities: Agile Coaching & Scrum Facilitation - Guide and coach Scrum Teams on Agile principles, fostering high-performance collaboration .
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines for efficient workflow.
- Facilitate Scrum events , including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives .
- Assess Scrum Maturity , coaching the team for progressive growth .
Project Leadership & Issue Resolution - Resolve impediments and minimize external interference , enabling smooth project execution.
- Track and monitor progress daily , ensuring team commitments and corrective actions .
- Support and educate Product Owners , refining backlogs and roadmaps .
- Manage and report scope, schedule, resourcing, and financials , tracking budgets and metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Partner with internal & external stakeholders , driving decisions that support project success .
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrum events , ensuring seamless cross-team collaboration .
- Contribute to Agile best practices , promoting transparency and process improvements .
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Requirements: - 5-7 years of product/project development experience on an Agile Team .
- Scrum Master certifications (PMI-PMP, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks , including Scrum, Kanban, XP, LeSS, and Waterfall .
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, ServiceNow, and MS Office Tools .
- Knowledge of SDLC models , estimation techniques, velocity tracking, and retrospection.
- Financial controls experience , including budget tracking and reporting metrics .
- Solid understanding of execution metrics , leveraging data for continuous team improvements .
Preferred Qualifications: - Lean Six Sigma, PMI-PgMP®, or advanced Scrum certifications (A-CSM, PSM II, CSP, CTC) .
- Experience with CSPO certification or equivalent product ownership expertise .
