We are hiring Roll Off or Front Load Truck Drivers for a local company!

This is a great opportunity for a driver who is looking to grow with a locally owned and operated company. We are looking for candidates who can drive safely and operate the equipment safely and efficiently. Duties Include-

• Safely operate trucks as per the daily route schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, documenting and reporting any necessary repairs to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and clients to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, adjusting routes as needed for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maneuver and position the roll-off truck precisely to drop off or pick up dumpsters in various environments, including construction sites, residential areas, and commercial premises.
• Secure loads using chains, straps, or covers to prevent spillage or debris loss during transportation, adhering to all safety and environmental policies.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of equipment, including the roll-off containers and truck, to ensure they are clean and in good working order.
• Complete and submit accurate logs and reports related to miles driven, landfill charges, and customer billing information.
• Handle emergency situations or unexpected delays, such as road closures or accidents, by communicating effectively with team members and implementing contingency plans.

Requirements

• Class A or B CDL required
  
• Refuse or recycling industry experience preferred but not required.
  
• Valid DOT Medical Card required
  
• Must be able to pass a drug, background and MVR screening.
