What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver customized care plans based on patient needs.
- Provide direct, compassionate care in patients’ homes.
- Communicate with families and clinical teams to support optimal outcomes.
- Adjust care strategies as patients heal, grow, and thrive.
What You Bring:
- Active Nevada RN license
- CPR and First Aid certification (we assist with TB testing)
- Valid NV driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Home health experience a plus
