About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional CFO for its Texas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial function of the region, which is part of a larger, private equity-backed, and rapidly expanding facility services business. This role requires a strategic and resilient leader with a strong background in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 15 years' experience in the field and a proven track record of success in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. The CFO will oversee a team of 7 in the Austin office and 6 more spread throughout the other divisions in the region, and will be expected to work closely with the Regional President and the Corporate CFO. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering timely and accurate financial documents, leading process improvement initiatives, and guiding the finance team through high-pressure situations. Experience in a private equity-backed business, as well as a background in construction and project accounting, particularly with a focus on the percentage of completion methodology, is highly valued. Applicants for the Regional CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA or graduate degree being a plus. The role demands a leader with a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI/dashboard development, and a demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions based on financial information. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on management style, be a strong business partner, and have the ability to work effectively with key leaders. Experience with acquisitions and a strong proficiency in NetSuite is preferred. The role is based in Austin and may require infrequent travel within the region. The company is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to a drug-free workplace.
