The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our Talent team. You will execute high-quality talent searches and help professionalize our in-house recruitment services. You will collaborate closely with the SVP of Talent, HR, portfolio company leadership, and candidates to ensure a strategic and seamless hiring process. Your focus will be on sourcing and engaging top executive talent to enhance our search quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Partner with Talent team members to execute searches, working with hiring managers, executives, and founders to ensure high service levels. Conduct deep sourcing efforts to identify top-tier candidates across industries and functions. Perform market mapping and develop pipelines for leadership roles. Lead initial outreach and engagement with identified candidates. Participate in weekly meetings with portfolio hiring teams, providing insights and updates. Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing technologies to optimize workflows. Continuously improve sourcing strategies and communication practices. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in executive search or similar high-level recruiting environments. General talent acquisition experience alone is insufficient. Experience supporting executive or senior-level searches in high-growth tech companies, particularly in software, internet, or consumer sectors. Strong research and sourcing skills, with experience managing selective candidate pipelines. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with executives and candidates. A strategic mindset and passion for process improvement and results. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving needs of portfolio companies. Why Join Us?
