Project Overview
We are seeking dynamic and versatile contingent workers to join our HR department for a period up to 24 months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our HR team, contributing to various projects and tasks critical to our success while our team is engaged in an HR transformation project. Job Functions & Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, negotiating offers, reviewing backgrounds, and onboarding candidates.
• Establish relationships with hiring teams to understand their needs, and team culture, and share best practices of the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Leverage sourcing techniques and candidate outreach to ensure a diverse slate of underrepresented populations.
• Review recruitment data to make informed decisions on hiring strategies.
• Consult and collaborate with internal teams on best practices for logistics, benefits, systems, and additional areas to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Document processes, maintain records, and update candidate status in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for record compliance and data accuracy.
• Represent Client at conferences, career fairs, and other recruitment events, across numerous markets and professional communities.

• Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels and business units.
