Office Coordinator / Administrative Receptionist – High-Profile Global Firm

Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $58,000 - $73,000 (Target $65,000)

A high-profile global organization is seeking an engaging and tech-savvy Office Coordinator / Receptionist to support a fast-paced executive office. This is a highly visible role at the front desk of a newly built headquarters in downtown D.C., with opportunities to contribute across departments and grow within the organization.

About the Role as Office Coordinator / Administrative Receptionist:

You’ll be the first face and voice of the firm, welcoming guests, coordinating daily office operations, and supporting multiple teams, including executive leadership, facilities, and finance. Ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, this role balances front desk responsibilities with hands-on administrative projects. Key Responsibilities of Office Coordinator / Receptionist:

  • Greet and assist guests and delegations at the front desk
  • Maintain kitchen and conference room readiness (stocking, catering, cleanliness)
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and FedEx/courier services
  • Track and replenish office and kitchen inventory (Excel/OneDrive)
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and light administrative support across teams
  • Back-up front desk coverage for team absences

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of OneDrive; SharePoint and Adobe a plus
