From managing contracts and listings to tracking KPIs and maintaining the database, you’ll be the operational backbone of the business. • Managing and optimizing listings and transaction processes
• Building and maintaining operations manuals and team systems
• Supporting marketing, events, and lead generation systems
• Partnering with leadership to hire, onboard, and support future team growth
• Tracking metrics and managing the backend of a high-performing real estate business

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Manager in a real estate setting (required)
• Confidence building and managing systems and SOPs
• Skilled in CRM management, data tracking, and project coordination
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your responsibilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence others and maintain accountability
