Summary/Objective

The Raw Materials Associate is responsible for receiving raw materials from the warehouse and staging work order for all Chrome Hearts apparel goods prior to the production run. This role will also share inter-department responsibilities aiding with operational responsibilities and finished goods preparation as needed.

Essential Functions

• Communicate effectively with the Cut & Sew Manager to ensure the proper production staging order and teams are completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Verify blank apparel received by the warehouse, keeping accurate counts of received goods, and effectively communicating with the warehouse on any/all discrepancies.
• Maintain active and accurate inventory of all raw materials. This includes but is not limited to daily/weekly cycle counts.
• Help receive and stage production orders and organize onto pallets while communicating with the Supervisor regarding orders that were short units or unable to be staged due to discrepancies.
• Help process any raw materials on work orders.
• Must help team meet daily/weekly goals.
• Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols.
• Will assist with any additional operational responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Some experience in packaging preferred. Candidates are expected to learn all responsibilities in an adequate time frame.
• Must have a good understanding of inventory management and help keep active and accurate counts of all materials received.
• Must possess basic Excel skills.
• Must possess basic iron application skills.
• Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability.
