Description

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and clients.
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices related to the construction process.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and trust.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor should have:

• 2+ years managing ground up commercial or multifamily construction with General Contractor
• A background in managing commercial construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
