Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of AC electrical and generator demand and preventive maintenance (PM) service projects. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting customer expectations and quality standards. Strong Electrical and Mechanical background preferred. After hours and weekend calls and or scheduling outside of normal business hours is required, there will be a call rotation set up between project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearly and confidently communicate project expectations, deliverables, and schedules to customers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate site visits with customers and vendors.
• Manage administrative and organizational project tasks, including building, maintaining, and updating project spreadsheets and documentation.
• Create, maintain, and organize digital and physical project folders for accurate recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations throughout project execution.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably within the electrical or generator services industry.
• Field experience in electrical systems or generator installations and maintenance is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project) required; experience with project management software preferred.
