Pay & Shifts: - 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: $19/hr
What You'll Do: - Perform pre-assembly operations and assemble parts accurately
- Follow process specifications, routers, and drawings
- Cut leads, wrap tape, and set up/run lead cutting machines
- Complete inspections and document work according to standards
- Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (10+ hours)
- Work independently while maintaining focus and precision
Requirements: - Manufacturing experience (assembly preferred)
- Mechanically inclined with excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to work with small parts (<1>
- Basic math and measurement skills
- ITAR compliant
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks
