Our client, a Premier Wax Studio , is looking for a Studio Manager to join their growing team in Southpark Meadows (Austin),TX.

Type : Direct Hire - Permanent - Full Time role (Offering Health/Dental/Vision, etc.)

Salary : Starting at $55k - Dependent on experience - Plus Commission Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional experience with every guest that walks in the door
Recruit, interview, onboard, etc. in addition to payroll.
Manage studio metrics to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals are met/exceeded
Lead daily training programs in sales, guest service and product knowledge
Manage and adjust schedules and daily tasks to meet business goals

Qualifications:

2 years minimum prior background in management within sales, service or retail
Proven experience leading a team of up to 10, to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals
A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people
Flexible availability for Studio Hours
Problem solvers who can think on their feet and bring people to compromise while establishing trust with employees, members, and guests
Have a strong customer service orientation & be able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, district managers, etc.
