About the Pre-Kindergarten Classroom
Our Pre-K classrooms are full of excitement, discovery, and growing independence. As a Pre-K Teacher at KinderCare, you’ll help children build foundational academic and social skills through play-based learning, creative exploration, and structured routines—all while having fun every step of the way.
✨ What You’ll Do:
Plan and implement a curriculum that supports kindergarten readiness in literacy, math, science, and social-emotional learning.
Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and confidence.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families, celebrating each child's progress and milestones.
Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain a consistent, high-quality learning environment.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all state and center regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with preschool or pre-kindergarten-aged children in a structured early learning environment.
A passion for helping young children learn and succeed.
Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
