Job Description
A Paraprofessional is needed to assist students and educators in a classroom environment. The role emphasizes instructional reinforcement, student supervision, and behavioral support that encourages success in learning and daily activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings
Strong communication, reliability, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under supervision and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Support lesson implementation and classroom routines
Provide individualized attention to students when needed
Reinforce learning concepts and positive behavioral practices
Assist in maintaining an organized and engaging classroom setting
Monitor and supervise students throughout the school day
