Job Title: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
Location: Mesa, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Full-Time
Work Environment: Elective orthopedic practice, 2 days clinic + 23 days OR (flexible volume-based)
Travel Required: No
Salary / Hourly Rate: $400,000 - $650,000 / year
Bonus Offered: RVU-based bonus

Sign On Bonus / Relocation Offer: Negotiable
On Call Required: Yes 1:3 call schedule, only for own patients, with a PA triaging

Job Summary:
The Orthopedic Spine Surgeon is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating spinal disorders through both surgical and nonsurgical methods. The role involves working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on patient outcomes, surgical excellence, and long-term spinal health. The surgeon will perform advanced spinal procedures, manage pre- and post-operative care, and contribute to the overall success of the spine program.
