AVI Foodsystems is looking for an Human Resources Onboarding Specialist at our Headquarters Service Center in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support and process candidates through the hiring process
• Serve as the primary contact, communicate policies, and send welcome materials
• Arrange office tours/introductions as needed
• Introduce new hires to company systems, culture, and team members
• Collect new hire paperwork and update/maintain accurate personnel files
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Communicate onboarding processes with applicable parties
• Participate in various projects within the Human Resources Department
• Provide ongoing support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or 3 years of human resources experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to diverse needs and changing requirements
• Proficient working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to travel as needed
