Psychiatric facility looking to bring on Program Director! $25,000 Sign On bonus!

Focus on crisis intervention and stabilization through inpatient, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP). Inpatient programs are comprised of five distinct units., including Child, Adolescent, Adult, Eating Disorders, and Complex Trauma and we maintain complementary PHPs and IOPs to match. Maintain an excellent outpatient referral network. Patients receive the best quality care through specialized services in safe, healthy, confidential, and trauma-informed environments.

• 22 bed inpatient program
• Oversees RN’s and LPN’s
• Have a Manager in place
• Must have discharge planning
• Reports to the CNO

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE EATING DISORDER RECOVERY, DISCHARGE EXP.

Will oversee Adult Inpatient and Adult Trauma

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Must be Registered Nurse or Clinically Licensed REQUIRED
• Bachelors Degree required
• Must have min 3 years of leadership behavioral health experience (required)
