Warehouse Specialist – Outbound (Night Shift)

Location: Buford, GA

Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, On-site)

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the night shift supervisor, the Warehouse Specialist – Outbound is responsible for supporting outbound operations and ensuring timely and accurate order processing during night hours.

• Carry out daily outbound tasks including picking, packing, staging, and loading shipments based on order requirements.
• Ensure accurate scanning and handling of products using WMS systems.
• Coordinate with team members and report operational issues to night shift leadership promptly.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, quality, and productivity during night operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, inventory control, and company procedures.
• Support with workflow improvements by identifying process inefficiencies.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new night shift associates as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the night shift supervisor/manager.

Shift Schedule

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Schedule: Full-time; flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; college degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on outbound functions
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced night shift environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliable execution of assigned tasks
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
