About the Role:
Our client are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our ERP system with a strong focus on manufacturing and inventory operations. You will ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and system enhancements that support production, supply chain, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain NetSuite modules for inventory, production, procurement, and order management.
- Monitor and improve workflows for demand planning, work orders, assemblies, and BOMs.
- Support inventory accuracy through reporting, audits, and process automation.
- Build and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and KPIs tailored to manufacturing and supply chain teams.
- Manage system integrations with warehouse, logistics, and production tools.
- Provide user training and support across operations, inventory, and production teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, particularly inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain modules.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as production scheduling, work orders, and BOM management.
- Skilled in custom reporting, SuiteAnalytics, and process optimization.
- Ability to partner with operations teams to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
