We price lean to remain ultra competitive. We also pay out at the top of the range. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Loan Officer operating from any licensed location originating only in Idaho. Utah is next to come on line. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of loan applications. Daily tasks include meeting with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process, analyzing applicants\' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans, and following up on loan statuses. The role also involves maintaining good customer service and relationships with clients throughout the loan process. Qualifications Experience as a Loan Officer, understanding of the Mortgage Industry, and expertise in Mortgage Lending Knowledge of underwriting practices and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Relevant industry certifications and licenses are a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is beneficial NOT a corporate setting; you\'re on your own and expected to run your business your way but the right way, too.
