About the Role:
Join the Planet Fitness team as a Morning Opener at PF Baseline Fitness in Mankato, MN! This exciting role offers you the chance to kick-start your day by helping our members achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Open the gym each morning, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for members.
• Greet members and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and facilities.
• Monitor gym activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist members with basic inquiries and promote membership services.
• Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure functionality and safety.
• Support team members in daily operations and special events.
• Contribute to a positive and motivating atmosphere for all gym-goers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in fitness or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or fitness industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work early morning shifts from 4:30 AM to 12 PM.
• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safety practices.
• Team player with a passion for health and fitness.
• CPR/AED certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and ready to motivate others.
