Job Title: Production MIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to support production by performing MIG welding on cabinets for end-use customers. The role involves working from blueprints to prepare materials for welding and engaging in fast-paced welding on the same product throughout the day.

Join a dynamic team supporting innovative projects on the west coast, with potential expansion into new projects in Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced and supportive work environment.
Work Environment
The position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on production MIG welding. The role requires working on a 2nd shift from Tuesday to Friday, 3:30pm to 2:00am, with initial training on the 1st shift, Monday to Thursday, 5am to 3:30pm. Individuals should be comfortable working quickly and efficiently to meet customer deadlines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
