Job Description
8 hours a day, contractor payrate to stay within $17.00 -$22.00 an hour
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM
Meter Reader;
Employee safety will always come before getting the read.
For a temporary hire the description would be restricted to just getting the meter readings.
That entails;
1) Walking 5-8 Miles per day
2) Going into and out of businesses, onto residents properties, yards etc..
3) Walking around and/or negotiating obstacles in the safest manner
4) Carry equipment to facilitate this (we provide)-
a) IE; Smart phone with App loaded, One Touch Pro remote reading device,
Belt Clip Device bluetooth enable to connect to app on phone.
Driving - With a valid driver's license, he would drive to an area, walk his route then drive to the next area. Will be driving a Veolia Fleet Vehicle, we provide the equipment needed.
