Mechanical Assembler (Weekend Shift)

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble custom mechanical systems from start to finish, following clear instructions and layout drawings
• Use hand and power tools to fit, fasten, and align parts such as motors, housings, brackets, and frames
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams to ensure components are built to precise specifications
• Inspect and handle hardware carefully , ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening
• Work as part of a team , keeping communication open and following production schedules closely
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or related trades (or strong mechanical aptitude)
• Comfort with basic tools, measuring devices, and mechanical drawings
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and quality
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during your shift

Pay & Schedule Highlights

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate - $22-24/hour
• Shift: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Training: Conducted Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM for several weeks before transitioning to your regular weekend schedule
• Contract-to-Hire Opportunity with long-term potential for growth
