About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats and contribute significantly to our daily operations and marketing efforts. We're a close-knit group of about a dozen people across the Southeast, with 3-4 team members in the Sunrise office. We sell directly to boat distributors, which means you'll gain exposure to the exciting boating industry!
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with basic financial records and principal relations.
- Handle general office upkeep and ordering necessary items.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our company, with a focus on the boating industry.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the boating sector.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance branding and outreach strategies.
- Work alongside another team member to balance creative marketing efforts, particularly in developing promotional materials.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in office management and marketing roles.
- Boating Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with or experience in the boating industry is highly preferred.
- Creativity: Some Canva experience is a plus!
- Independence: Someone who thrives with less structure and can take initiative.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and maintain organization.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment
You'll be working 5 days a week in our Sunrise office, playing a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and supportive work environment.
