SHEIN is hiring an Individual contributor as Manager, Logistics Operation – Middle Mile based in Bellevue for the logistics team. The logistics team is a group of leaders driven to provide excellent services for our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way possible. We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for highly complex challenges, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks/opportunities, and daily change control management. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive interaction skills are essential. To be successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholders’ expectations effectively. This position will support the US logistics transportation management. Your job scope will mainly cover middle-mile business development, co-working closely with the headquarters team to improve time delivery as well as cost solutions of the US market continuously.

Responsibilities:

  • Route Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, considering factors such as distance, fuel efficiency, and delivery timelines.
  • Carrier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with transportation carriers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor transportation performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, transportation costs, and carrier performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities through route optimization, carrier negotiations, and efficient use of transportation resources.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including warehouse managers, procurement teams, and customer service teams, to coordinate transportation activities and meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, specifically in the middle mile segment.
  • Strong understanding of transportation management systems and logistics technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $80,500.00 min. - $127,600.00 annually, plus, bonus.
