Job Function:
\nDay Shift.
\n9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
\nCoordinate and oversee healthcare services for assigned programs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
\nArrange medical referrals and follow up on ongoing health concerns for individuals served.
\nProvide staff training on medical administration, infection control, and personal care procedures.
\nMaintain accurate medical documentation and supervise medication administration and storage.
\nRespond to health emergencies, administer first aid, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
\nJob Requirements:
\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
\nValid RN license in New York State.
\nExperience working with OPWDD populations preferred.
