*About the Role*
As an experienced HVAC Lead Installer, you’ll be based out of our Burlington, KY HQ and work on-site with customers across the Region. You know HVAC inside and out (or are ready to learn fast), and you’re motivated to keep clients informed and confident about their systems. You’re the type who doesn’t just identify a problem—you’ve got the answers, options, and communication skills to ensure clients trust the work.

* *Experience*: Proven HVAC skills and an eagerness to level up with coaching and new tech.
* *Physical Readiness*: Able to handle the heavy lifting, physical demands, and tight spaces that come with the job.
* *Tools and Training*: Willing to invest in tools and ongoing learning to grow your career here.
* *Transportation & Tech*: Reliable vehicle, valid KY driver’s license with a clean record, and a phone with internet access.
* *Background Check*: Clean criminal background, with successful completion of a background check.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
