Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated and hard working junior web user interface developer to work ON SITE with our team. Someone skilled in and passionate about: HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (beyond just jQuery). We are looking for a person who learns quickly, but can also figure things out independently and work with our team to create a better method of building complex systems on the web.

Essential duties include:

A web developer (Front End) is primarily responsible for interface programming and UI development within the FabCom dream team and assisting our programming team in defining standards, creating, modifying, implementing, and maintaining front-end code for superior quality custom web applications for our clients. DEV only. We have a full bullpen of ADs, CDs, and UX designers who provide the rockin' designs. 

Basic skills required:

• Fluency in HTML5 and CSS, including media queries and Responsive Web Design techniques.
• Extensive experience using fluid CSS grid/flex systems.
• Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and converting multi-layered Photoshop mockups into standards-compliant and optimized web code.
• Interested in learning new CMS software implementations.
• Fluency in using jQuery and PHP.
• Working experience writing non-jQuery JavaScript code.
• Experience writing cross-browser UI code, identifying and debugging issues with code compatibility in the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
• Fluency in a CSS preprocessor language is a plus.
• Experience with GA4 integrations is a plus.
