Hi All Role: Junior DevOps Engineer Location: Miami, FL - Onsite Type: Contract Duration: 6–12 Months (extendable) Experience Required: 3–5 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to support our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience working with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure), containerization technologies, and scripting. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline and automate the software delivery process. Required Skills: 3–5 years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure automation role. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems and command-line tools. Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc. Experience with containerization (Docker) and basic Kubernetes concepts. Version control systems (Git) and GitOps practices. Basic understanding of monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch). Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with developers to integrate infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Terraform or CloudFormation. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments. Automate deployment processes and assist with release management.
