We’re hiring an experienced IT professional to lead and execute internal IT operations and strategy. Title and scope will depend on experience. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities—from infrastructure to support—with the goal of enabling productivity and scaling IT capabilities across a global, remote-first cybersecurity company. This is a hands-on position with strategic impact, based at our headquarters in Foxboro, MA. Responsibilities Define and execute the internal IT roadmap in alignment with company priorities. Lead vendor and MSP relationships; evaluate and improve service delivery. Ensure fast, reliable support for remote, in-office, and traveling employees. Oversee networking and infrastructure: firewalls, switches, VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access. Administer internal systems for collaboration, productivity, and access control. Support field, sales, and deployment teams with secure, mobile-ready infrastructure. Maintain and upgrade virtualization environments used for labs, demos, and testing. Coordinate onboarding/offboarding workflows and system access control. Contribute to compliance, audit readiness, and incident response plans. Qualifications 7+ years of IT experience, including 3+ in a lead or ownership role. Strong track record supporting global teams in hybrid/remote environments. Experience managing IT infrastructure, vendors, and SaaS systems. Solid grasp of IT security principles, asset management, and internal support workflows.
