Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Production Runner to support the responsibilities of Insomniac’s Back of House Department. This position reports to the Back of House Manager. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities include providing transportation for various personnel throughout the show day, running errands such as department meals, laundry, grocery shopping, package delivery, equipment rentals, coffee runs, coordinating large take-out orders and grocery shopping lists, assisting production staff with general production-related duties, maintaining cash and receipts for expense reimbursement and reconciliation, providing local area information to touring staff, picking up and dropping off company-rented vehicles, light administrative duties, and various special projects and tasks assigned. Confidentiality is critical. Qualifications include being 21 years or older, having a valid driver's license with a good driving record and full insurance, safe driving habits, operational cell phone, friendly and personable, punctual, reliable, able to work long days (10 to 18 hours), and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Work environment includes tolerance for loud noise, busy environments, drastic temperature climates, and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
