The Residential HVAC Selling Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC servicesincluding maintenance, diagnostics, and repairswhile i dentifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, and service agreements. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills to educate homeowners and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Services: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Sales Identification: Assess customers' HVAC needs during service calls and recommend appropriate products or services, such as system replacements, upgrades, or maintenance agreements.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed service proposals and quotes to customers, explaining the benefits and value of recommended solutions.
• Customer Education: Educate homeowners on HVAC system operations, energy efficiency, and the advantages of various products and services.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
• Documentation: Accurately document service activities, sales interactions, and customer feedback in company systems. Service Titan
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in residential HVAC service and sales.
• Certification: EPA Type II or Universal Certificate
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.
