Are you a HVAC Service Technician looking for a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity? My client based in Farmingdale, NY is currently seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for both residential and commercial clients.

The position is paying up to $60/hour and the company wants to hire ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ductwork
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and components
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, upgrades, and system options to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Document service visits and provide accurate estimates for repairs or replacements
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Valid HVAC certification or licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a variety of environmental conditions
