Qualifications The HRIS Analyst should have: At least 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, including at least one global implementation. Expertise in configuring and maintaining business processes, application settings, security, reports, and dashboards in Workday HCM. Between 5 to 7 years of HRIS and/or HR experience. Knowledge of HR and HRIS industry standards. Experience delivering presentations and training to various organizational levels. Leadership role in implementing Workday. Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases of projects. Ability to understand business requirements and ensure Workday configuration aligns accordingly. Experience in writing test scenarios, data assignment, and defect reporting. Ability to work with implementation partners to resolve issues.
