Job Type: Part-Time (with opportunity to transition to Full-Time) Compensation:

• $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
• 100% of tips
• Bi-weekly performance bonuses

What You'll Do:

• Clean residential home including kitchen, bathroom, living areas, and floors
• Follow cleaning checklists and procedures
• Deliver high-quality, consistent service with a friendly and professional attitude
• Communicate clearly with other team members and staff
• Use a smartphone for clocking in/out
• Safely operate provided vehicle and maintain cleaning equipment

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a reliable smartphone
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable and punctual
• English required
