Maintain clear, compliant, and timely documentation
Active RN license (required)
1+ year of nursing experience (hospice or palliative preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and emotional intelligence
CPR certification and valid driver's license
Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation
A deep belief in the power of presence and purpose in patient care
