Outsource is currently looking for a Fire Alarm CAD Drafter for a great opportunity in Poway, CA. This is an immediate opportunity with an excellent organization. The position is hybrid-work from home one day per week.

Fire Alarm Drafter Opportunity:

Create low voltage drawings using AutoCAD. This includes new drawings and as-builts.
Partner with Design team to ensure client needs are being met.
Hold responsibility for all design and project design documentation.
Create submittal packages and test reports.

Fire Alarm Drafter Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Fire Alarm Drafter with AutoCAD experience. (You must have AutoCAD drafting experience to be considered for this position).
Experience with preparing fully detailed submissions. Experience planning and designing for commercial projects.
MUST HAVE knowledge of Fire Alarm systems.
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, audio/visual, structured cabling a plus.
Expertise with the latest design/drafting software (AutoCAD). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Ability to work closely with Project Managers during the entire phase of the project.
Previous experience working with clients, ability to communicate with all levels in an organization.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (four days in office and one from home). Company Description
