Sit (or stand) comfortably while inspecting headwear for quality and accuracy
Match each item to a color photo—check logos, stitching, tags, and details
Snip loose threads, steam out wrinkles, and use a heat gun to finish logos
Catch any issues before items ship—your sharp eyes help us stay top-notch
Occasionally lift boxes (up to 20 lbs), but this is mostly a seated role
Start by inspecting 200 items/day, and work up to 700–800/day with training
You’re dependable, respectful, and take pride in doing great work
You move with purpose and don’t cut corners
You’re not afraid to speak up when something’s off
You can read and write in English and follow visual matching (photo-to-product)
