A well-known CEO in the Entertainment and Communications industries is seeking a strategic, proactive Executive Assistant to act as an extension of the CEO in both business and personal matters. This individual will ensure operations, communication, and priorities run smoothly, allowing the CEO to focus on high-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the CEO’s right hand, managing day-to-day operations, communications, and scheduling across business and household needs.
  • Partner closely with a NYC-based EA and liaise with internal executives and external partners to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain awareness of the CEO and partner’s household staff to ensure alignment with business commitments.
  • Act as a liaison with the partner’s teams, ensuring schedules and communications are in sync.
  • Coordinate complex travel logistics for the CEO and occasionally for the partner or family.
  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, including relevant experience with C-suite executives within entertainment or UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, or similar.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing relationships with executives of all levels, household staff, and external partners.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple, complex priorities while remaining highly organized and focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate key information clearly and efficiently.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who is always three steps ahead.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters, both business and personal.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Curious and proactive, with a strong desire to evolve, grow, and continuously learn.
  • Flexible by nature, able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Solution-oriented with a mindset focused on resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of Los Angeles, including key locations, restaurants, and cultural spots.

  • Experience with executive communications, ensuring messaging is clear, strategic, and aligned with company goals.

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (West Hollywood) to apply. This role is based primarily out of the CEO’s Los Angeles residence, with time at the LA office as needed and occasional travel to NYC or remote work.

Compensation: $85-120K, DOE + Excellent Benefits + 401k
