Job Description

Our client is a boutique Financial Services firm located in Manhattan. This role will support 3-5 people while also overseeing a small team of admins.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of Admin/Executive Assistants within the firm
• Work closely with HR to handle admin performance reviews and employee relations
• EA support to one senior executive and 4 junior associates on the team
• Maintaining executives’ calendars by scheduling, coordinating, and updating meetings
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• A completed Bachelor’s degree is required
• Experience within the financial services industry is required
• 7+ years of administrative experience
• 2+ years of management experience (Direct reports)
• High level of proficiency in all of Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills

The annual base salary range is $130k to $150k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
