You will meet and teach wonderful people from all parts of the world and help them learn English while also learning about their cultures and home countries. Responsibilities Recreate real‑world situations in the classroom to help practice English. Role‑play with the students. Help with pronunciation by doing group repetitions and offering tips. Work with your students in groups. Guide the student instruction and learning experience. Create fun‑filled lessons that deliver results. Provide a fun and safe learning environment. Monitor and track student progress. Seek feedback from students, peers, and managers. Set self‑developmental goals based on observations, feedback, and individual areas of passion. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as directed by the Academic Lead. Provide new and innovative ideas and techniques. Comply with and enforce all school and classroom policies. Perform all other tasks as may be assigned by the Academic Lead. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field) or master’s degree in TESOL highly preferred. TEFL, ESOL, TESOL certificate, teaching practicum, CELTA/Trinity or equivalent. At least 120‑hour certification is required. Schedule In‑person teaching.
